April is National Volunteer Month, and Allied Solutions is proud to highlight our volunteer efforts with the publication of our 2024 Community Impact Report. The report illustrates an increase in employee volunteerism and the announcement of new non-profit partnerships as part of their continued corporate philanthropic investments in the communities where the company’s employees live and work.
“We’re committed to our non-profit partners and making an impact,” said Pete Hilger, CEO, Allied Solutions. “Our employees are the backbone of our volunteer program. We couldn’t have donated more than 3,700 volunteer hours without their dedication to our corporate culture and helping our neighbors.”
Last year, Allied Solutions’ employees contributed more than 3,754 hours of volunteer time in their communities, a 16% increase over 2023. Employees participated in volunteer activities, supported a United Way engagement campaign and used their volunteer time off benefit to support local non-profit organizations. The number of employee volunteer hours in the community is equivalent to more than $125,000, using Independent Sector’s annually updated value of volunteer time. The company also donated more than $1.52 million to nonprofit organizations.
